Habitual Health 30, is a 30-day program designed to help you feel calm, strong, and vibrant in your body. Whether your goal is to lose weight, improve your mental health, or change your daily routines, Habitual Health 30 will help you.

Sessions are 50 minutes and always begin with 10 minutes of meditation, 35 minutes of yoga, and 5 minutes of habit journaling.

Unlike other programs, this program isn’t about blindly following cookie-cutter advice, it’s about connecting to your body and creating space to honor your unique biology and what nourishes you - on and off the plate.
